Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge the entire fee of the appointment.
- Please let me know if your dog has any dietary restrictions. If your horse/dog has a particular favourite treat that they prefer over the ones we supply, please bring those to the appointment.
- For any equine patients you will be expected to lead the horse for a walk/trot up assessment, turn in circles, back up and even potentially a lunge if necessary, so please have the appropriate equipment and attire on arrival.
- Any dog that exhibits aggressive behaviour toward the therapist or staff may need to wear a basket muzzle. This will be discussed and decided upon with you.
